Direct to Film Transfers

Direct to film is a new and innovative printing method. Using the latest technology in our Adelaide Hills production centre, Worklocker Adelaide City create heat-fix transfer by printing specialised inks and glues on to film. The is no limit to the complexity of designs. Multi-coloured branding, logos with gradients and even photographs can be reproduced using the direct to film process. Colours are vibrant and design are crisp and clean. We can even colour-match to PMS colours!

Once printed, direct to film transfers are applied to garments and accessories using a heat press.

Vinyl Transfers

Vinyl transfers are great for small projects that require specialty colours like neon, metallic, glitter or reflective. Vinyl transfers are created by cutting designs into vinyl sheeting and peeling away the excess vinyl. Traditionally used for one colour designs but can also be used for creating multi coloured layered designs. This transfer method is suitable for small projects only and transfers are applied to items using a heat press at high temperatures.

• Can produce bright neon colours, bright metallics and sparkly glitter.
• Great for reflective text on hi-vis workwear.
• Suitable for 100% Cotton, Cotton/Poly blends or 100% Polyester only.
